I'm happy to answer questions via voice call or video chat. We'll talk about what virtual support looks like during pregnancy, labor and postpartum.
In addition to virtual doula support for pregnancy through postpartum, I'm also offering virtual childbirth education, birth hypnosis and herbalism support.
This initial consultation will help us determine which services/packages you might benefit from and if we'd be a good fit.

PRENATAL SESSIONS
During prenatal appointments we will discuss your vision for your birth, along with unpacking any fears and concerns that you might have. From a place of informed awareness we will create a birth plan, which you can share with your healthcare provider. We will:
-practice comfort measures, relaxation & breathwork
-review the stages/physiology of labor
-plan for postpartum
$200 (Includes 2 Sessions, up to 90 minutes each)
COMPLETE VIRTUAL
BIRTH DOULA PACKAGE
The complete package includes:
-two virtual prenatal sessions
-support in birth plan creation
-herbal support
-unlimited email communication
-weekly check-ins
-continual support during labor & delivery via phone, text & video
-two virtual postpartum sessions
-one month supply of postpartum vaginal steam herbs
